Region Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and develop new relationships with customers

- Analyze the needs of prospects and customers, recommending proper products

- Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing staff regarding sales opportunities and solutions

- Stay current on trends in the industry and territory and report status and changes to marketing director

-Keep expenses to a minimum while maximizing your presence in the territory

-Make specific sales plans and lead your team to achieve the goal

General Requirements:

- 5+ years of sales experience, prior sales experience in electronics products

-Minimum travel of 50% of time is required

-Extensive knowledge of sales principles and methods including promoting, and selling products, product demonstration, sales techniques, closing and marketing strategies and tactics

-Able to multi-task and utilize effective time management skills
